How It Works (It's Incredibly Simple)

Fill out the simple form below. This adds you to our exclusive Black Card email list. You must be an active Maximus member to be eligible for perks.

2. Get Your Monthly Email

At the beginning of each month, we will email you the "Partner of the Month," the free pre-paid gift, and the secret monthly code word.

Get Your Free Gift!

Visit that local business, make your minimum purchase (e.g., $5 or $10), and show them your secret code word. You'll get your free, pre-paid gift on the spot!
