Hey, my name is Keith Miles. My passion for fitness started about 9 years ago. I was just a kid trying to find what I was good at. I always was active in school sports and outside activities. So senior year came around and I joined a weight lifting class in school.

That’s when my life changed I started go to the gym 3 to 4 days a week. I got into bodybuilding a few years later now I’m a Competitor and a personal trainer.
